What a month costs, by fleet size
RentSyst charges a flat fee up to 15 vehicles, then per vehicle. RentPro charges per vehicle from 3. Below 15 vehicles RentPro costs less; above that the rate per vehicle is about the same, in a different currency.

Questions about switching from RentSyst
Is RentPro cheaper than RentSyst?
Below 15 vehicles, yes: on 15 October 2026 RentSyst published a flat €55 a month up to 15 vehicles, and RentPro is $15 a month for 5 vehicles or $30 for 10. From 16 vehicles both charge about 3 per vehicle, RentSyst in euros and RentPro in US dollars.
What does RentSyst have that RentPro does not?
On its website RentSyst lists connections to brokers and booking sites, which RentPro does not offer yet, and online card payments and authorisations built in. With RentPro, we connect your card payment provider on quote.
Does RentPro have a mobile app?
Yes, an Android app on Google Play for pickups, returns and inspections. It keeps working without signal and syncs later. Everything else also runs in the phone’s browser.
Can I import my vehicles?
Yes. RentPro imports a vehicle list from a CSV file, and the guided setup walks you through categories, rates and extras.
