Pickup and return inspections
Step-by-step checks at hand-over and return: checklist, mileage and fuel readings, photos, a damage diagram, extra charges and the customer signature on screen.
Fleet, maintenance and damage
Each vehicle has its photos, documents, history and QR code. A vehicle in maintenance is blocked from booking automatically, and damage is logged against the rental it came from.

Usage balance for WhatsApp and AI
WhatsApp template messages (reminders and confirmations sent outside the 24-hour reply window, which Meta charges for) and AI assistant replies are paid from a prepaid usage balance that you top up. Ordinary replies to a customer within 24 hours of their message are free. If you do not use WhatsApp or the AI assistant, you only pay the subscription.

What is Artover RentPro?

How much does RentPro cost?
RentPro costs $3 per vehicle per month for fleets of up to 50 vehicles, with a minimum of 3 vehicles ($9 a month). The price per vehicle goes down for larger fleets, and fleets over 400 vehicles get a custom price. Paying yearly costs 10 months instead of 12. There is one plan and it includes every feature.
Is RentPro only for car rental?
No. It is built for car rental first, and it also handles vans, scooters, motorcycles, boats, bicycles and equipment. Each type has its own fields and inspection checklist, for example engine hours for a boat or a helmet for a scooter.
