RentPro runs the daily work of a rental company: who booked what, which vehicle goes out today, what came back damaged and what is still to be paid. It is built for car rental first, and the same engine handles vans, scooters, motorcycles, boats, bicycles and equipment.

What RentPro does
Reservations without double bookings
Availability is checked on the server for every booking, so two people can never get the same vehicle. Book a specific vehicle or a category ("Toyota Yaris or equivalent"), with extras, coupons and one-way rentals.
Pickup and return inspections
Step-by-step checks at hand-over and return: checklist, mileage and fuel readings, photos, a damage diagram, extra charges and the customer signature on screen.
Contracts, invoices and e-signature
Rental agreements and invoices are generated as PDFs. Customers sign online from their own booking page, where they can also upload their documents and ask for an extension.
Booking on your website
A public booking page for your company, plus a widget you paste into your existing website. Online bookings land in the same calendar as the ones your staff take.
AI assistant for customer messages
It answers questions about availability and prices from your real calendar and rates, records an enquiry for your staff to confirm, and hands over to a person when needed. It never changes, cancels or refunds a booking.
Reports and analytics
Revenue by vehicle, category, branch and booking source, fleet utilisation, average daily rate, booking lead time, cancellations and top customers.

What is Artover RentPro?
Artover RentPro is rental management software built by Artover in Mauritius. It handles reservations, the booking calendar, the fleet, pickup and return inspections, contracts and invoices, payments, customer messages and reports for rental companies.
Is RentPro only for car rental?
No. It is built for car rental first, and it also handles vans, scooters, motorcycles, boats, bicycles and equipment. Each type has its own fields and inspection checklist, for example engine hours for a boat or a helmet for a scooter.
How much does RentPro cost?
RentPro costs $3 per vehicle per month, with a minimum of 3 vehicles ($9 a month), and less per vehicle for larger fleets. There is one plan with every feature, and a 14-day free trial.
Can my customers book from my own website?
Yes. RentPro gives your company a public booking page and a widget you can add to your existing website. Online bookings go through the same availability check as bookings taken by your staff.
How does WhatsApp automation relate to RentPro?
They are separate products. RentPro includes its own WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram inbox with an AI assistant for rental companies. WhatsApp automation with Artover Chat is for any business that wants AI replies, bookings and reminders on WhatsApp.
Do you still build custom software?
Yes. When a ready-made product does not fit your process, we design and build custom dashboards, booking systems, mobile apps and AI tools.
