VAT on every invoice
The Seychelles profile starts with VAT at 15%, the standard rate. You can change the rate and choose whether your prices include it, in Settings.
Licence and documents checked
Customers upload their driving licence and ID before they arrive, and staff see them on the rental. Vehicle documents such as insurance carry an expiry date and appear on your dashboard 30 days before they expire.
Bookings from WhatsApp
Messages from WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram land in one inbox next to the calendar, and the AI assistant can answer availability and price questions in English or French.
Ferry and airport handovers
Pickup and return at different places (the airport, the jetty, a hotel) are one-way rentals between branches, with the time and place on the agreement.
Inspections without signal
The Android app runs the pickup inspection with photos, damage diagram and signature even without a connection, and syncs later.
Payments
Cash, transfer or card at the counter
Most small operators are paid in cash, by bank transfer or by card at handover. RentPro records each payment, deposit and refund against the rental, so you see what is still owed. Customers who still owe a balance see your bank details on their booking page.
Online card payment is not built into RentPro: we connect a payment provider that works in Seychelles for your company, on quote (Stripe is not available to businesses there). Your RentPro subscription is billed in US dollars.
